Teen falls from horse, dies
A Yucaipa teenager died Sunday night after he fell from his horse, the San Bernardino County Coroner's office reported on its Web site.
Ethan West-Bruhn was riding his horse in an open sandy wash area northeast of the Yucaipa Equestrian Center about 8:20 p.m. when he fell off.
Paramedics transported him to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead at 9:28 p.m.
The San Bernardino Sheriff's Department is investigating, the Web site said.
